Default RE: Lost to a Slowbalt

at first i thought you were talkin about doing that to the saturn[8D]

anyway, i wouldnt do that to your car, unless you know your keeping it for a long time, and down the road, wont be kicking urself for having a vintage car (if you have it that long) that you cut up.

as for making ur car lighter, i would do reversable things, like a rear seat delete kit, you can always put em back. you could also change out ur flywheel and driveshaft for something lighter, provided it could still take the power.

i would go with the forced induction rought before hacking up the car.

you could also just buy one of these and dump ur car into it... (note: these are all kit cars that use the mustang for a donor, exept the GTM which uses a c5 vette)

its what i plan on doing for my next car. not spending any cash on the GT... saving for a fox, and im going to drop it into a 2200 lb type 65 coupe [&:]
