DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT PALMDALE. Not only are they closing it at the end of the year but it is flat out dangerous and sucks. The wind kicks up dirt and sand on that track all the time and crashes there are regular. It is a crappy track in all aspects.

I was at Irwindale last night and didn't race but it was RIDICULOUS. Worse I have ever seen it crowded wise. Unbelievable how many cars were there. Lucky if you got 3 runs in all night. It's getting bad there. It's still the house of hook but damn we need another local track badly.

Fontanna will be opening up the weekly nights undr the lights in late septemer and that will be the weekly place to be!!! Can't wait.

 

california speed way in fontana. that track used to suck but its good now, they've done some work to it. its a 1/4. but i would rather go to irwindale cuz its closer. but if u guys are lookin for races, a few stangs and gtos at Whittier Blvd and Rosmead Blvd tonight (friday), around 8 30ish. be there! sometimes we find some good action, (last week an 04 termi w/ a KB said he had 1,000 that said he could beat anyone. he runs like high 6s on the 1/8.) but other nights there is no action at all! but its fun just to hang out

 

is there any good 1/4 mile drag strips? I dont like 1/8 drags
