Suspension woes
So, went out to the track again last night. Since the last time I added a CAI setup and bumped my shift rpm up since I was shifting early. Also tweaked the suspension, which turned out to be a bad idea. My 60s were all over the place, around 2.5 with mad wheel hop. Half way through the night I tweaked it again, which turned out to get it right where it needs to be. The first launch after I had adjusted the traction bars I was a bit easy because of the previous launches, and the tires just stuck. Practically stalled the car it bogged so hard. Only had 1 more run after that with a harder launch, no wheel spin or anything and still bogged it just a bit when I let theclutch outatad early(slipped it on launch). That was the last and best run I had, 13.47 at 106.4. That showed the cai/shift point change, since it wasnearly the same as my previous best, only last night that was with a 2.28 60, as opposed to the 2.159 best. So a crappier 60 with basically the same ET. I figure if I can get a 2.0 60 it should run 12.90s. Not bad on street tires at 35psi with a 3.00 gear. All I gotta do is launchitproperly now. Suspension will kill ya every time
