dude if i were you i would drop and C&l and a good tune, cuz when this guy learns how to drive that LS2 goat he is gonna smoke you. i know you said he was an auto, but he is probably shifting the auto himself thinking he will be able to shift faster than the computer and that is never gonna happen. in fact if he indeed is doing that he is car is not gonna be as fast as it should. In the other hand if has a manual then you are def a better driver than he is

damn those interiors on the goats are so damn nice- almost bought one before the stang...still maybe lookin at an '06 [:-]- and all year GTO's came with dual exhaust i thought- the 6.0's all have duals and the 5.7's have the exhaust on the drivers side only? am i right goat owners? oh, and good kill, always wondered how our stangs would stack up against the goats.

 

YEAH OUR INTERIOR ARE DAMN SEXY MAN, stock for stock is a drivers race with the ls1 gto, with the edge for the gto after 100mph the ls1 pull like a beast, LS2 will stomp a mustang gt stock for stock though.

 

It's funny. One of the Sonics I used to go to and hang out had several Mustang owners. Not a single one of them had ever raced and lost to a GTO. I still don't think I've ever met a Mustang owner who has lost to a GTO. Nice kill, btw.

 

I touched on this recently... I believe GM put a bad tune in a lot of those cars...friends 2006 Auto put down 297rwhp on a dynojet and on the same dyno/same day several minutes later put down 361rwhp with nothing more than a tune from a handheld predator.
