if he wasnt spraying and did not hear any whine at all then for sure he was cammed. There are mild cam that sound just like stock ones, a set ofheads and there u go near 400 rwhp. But why did he say he was stock [&:]?

he was obviously modded, a guy i know has a 2000 Firehawk, looks completely stock, he has a 100 shot tho, the bottle is hidden behind the panel down where the T-tops go, very sneaky.... Stock i have seen impressive things out of these cars (i know this has been beaten to death) my friend ran 13.10@107 with his 6sp 2000 Z28

he was def. a sneaky guy they came to our local car meet it was him a cammed out camaro, srt 4, and wrx. i actually wanted to run the cammed camaro but he wouldnt run me cus i wasnt an 04,03 termy so i was like whatever. i know the guy i raced had the car for 2 years i doubt anyone who has a car for that long doesnt mod it especially a car enthusiast. ive always known ls1 guys can hide nitrous well. and i didnt know you could have a mild cam that sounded stock so i feel alot better about everything i was really bumbed out last night mainly cus the guy was to full of it to say what he had. i seriously thought about selling my car today aghhhhh but im good now lol

how did you get those numbers all motor. and if that's SC you need more boost[8D]. ls1's are 330-335 stock. Just with a intake and some longtubes and gear and exhuast, would be a nice run.

This guy was spraying, no doubt about it. I was going to say it had a cam and heads, but since you say you couldn't hear him...he sprayed.

Since you said he had no cam and i believe you cuz its not hard to tell with those cars, and with your numbers i gurrentee you her sprayed a 75- 100 Shot.... a good friend of mine has a full bolt on ls1 with long tubes and put down 430hp.....an ls1 with just a lid and cut back or cut out would put closer to 400hp making a very good race for you....
