A very agressive cam only can put them close to 400rwhp (370-390 in reality). I still don't see where you guys are getting these numbers from. I have had two ls1 cars and have watched a ton a of LS1s, LS2s, and LS6s get dynoed. They simply do not put down the type of rear wheel HP you all are talking about with the mods listed. Please stop with the BS.

I'm kool. I didn't think they were refering to crank horsepower numbers.

Never. I am not under estimating anything. I have been around LS1s more than you know friend. No way in hell is the Ws6 (LS1) you are looking at is putting that to the wheels with a cam. Maybe that is what you were told, but you are in for a disappointment when/if you put it on a Dyno. With heads AND cam-of course, but not cam only!! I am still waiting on someone that knows what they are talking about to chime in.

Thought I would throw this out there...IF a ls1 is underrated at 310 crank HP, but is really putting out 350hp crank HP, then with drivetrain loss, you are back down to 290rwhp STOCK. Add a cam (40rwhp) and full bolt-ons 25rwhp and a tune 15rwhp, you are still only at 370RWHP! That is an extremly generous estimate. Use your common sense guys.

Umm I have seen many bone stock LS1 T/A's and Camaros dyno anywhere from 310-330 RWHP on several different dynojet. I don't think I've seen 1 under 300.
