What does a stock LS1 Vette run? There was one at the track last night (beautiful by the way) running anything from a 14.4 to a 14.1 at trap speeds like 112-114 mph. I dont understand that at all. I wanted to race him so bad but he just wasnt up for it. I was running pathetic last night anyways. I was only pulling 2.0 and high 1.9 60' times and my best run was a 13.29.. so I just call it a 13.3. lol. Anyhoo... I dont get it about the Vette. [&:]

 

I have seen times anywhere from 13-13.4. Must have been somebody who doesnt know how to launch a 6 speed.

 

Mid 14's @ 115 is about right.

 

Well if thats the case foe a Vette then why is the SS and WS6 so much faster? Are you sure U read what I said correctly? LOL

 

LOL mid 14s? Im pretty sure those are totally capable of low 13s.

 

Nah, with a good driver maybe a 13.99 @ 117, but with one of us driving, def mid 14's @ 115'ish.

You all forget that under neath all the LIGHT fiberglass is a frame sooo heavy that since the muscle car era the vette has been known at the "Lead Sled". all numbers matter, weight,Hp Toruque and type of driver of course. But if i was driving that night i would have tried to crash into you with my vette cause i like to put people life at risk like that...........KIDDING.
