11.6@115mph
heatsoaked car, major clutch slippage and the car wouldnt let me get into gears so i shifted like i was cruising. 5500rpm launch. MAJOR clutch slippage and only 1.72 60' need new clutch asap.
as you can see how much effects heatsoak to these cars. the car couldnt pull up top at all. BECAUSE i trapped 98mph in the 1/8 mile.
when i ran 11.3, i trapped 97mph in the 1/8 mile and 122mph on 1/4 mile. you figure.
it was a horrible day at track today. 07grabberorangeGT can explain since he was over the phone with me about it. I do appriciate his help BTW.
i can almost guarantee 11.1-11.2 out of this car because with sh*tty 60' and very very slow shifting, it went 11.6 and air wasn't really that cool.

For all the **** that went wrong with the run, that is one sick ride. You just gave 3 legitimate reasons for having a bad run, but you car still ran an 11.6, which in most people's book would be awsome.
thanks guys. i do appriciate 11.6 run. i dont wanna sound cocky on that part. I was expecting a good run but the day before i did a quick run with a vette and i missed gears all the time and i even told them that there is noway i can run any good times this way but i will try regardless and i was right. it sucked. with a new clutch, as i mentioned, the car should go 11.2-11.1s unless i break something. actually to be honest, when i saw 11.6, i was like damn, all the problem and 11.6? i was surprised.
