tundra kill
i pulled up next to this kids dad from a youth group i go to and hes in his brand new, long bed, single cab tundra. im in my 66gt, 289 with 213k miles. my motor has about 120hp...lol its almost dead, i have no bottom end power AT ALL. my car doesnt start accelerating properly until about 3500 rpm. so he says "ive got a fuel injected, 351c.i., you cant beat me in that thing." so im like "well i can at least try..lol" so we're sittin there waiting for the light to turn green and when it does, we punch it and my car boggs out and almost dies all the way through first (auto). but surprisingly, i was pulling on him the whole time LOL. we got up to about 50mph before we hit the next light and i beat him by 1 car length. we got to the nexxt light and i was dying laughing it was hecka funny. my question is, is a 351 a toyota motor? cause when i heard him say 351, i immediately thought of a ford lol. oh wait, i guess toyota has a 5.4 liter, which is about 350 inches. so i guess hes right.
First off the toyota engine is a 5.7 liter I believe, second the 351 ford offered is refered to as a 5.8 liter, and if the guy has a 5.7 liter that is 5700cc which is 347 cubic inches not 351. Good kill though.

No its not you, its stupid people that go around and say things like that. I knew a kid who swore to god his stock new edge was a 5.0. Even after we showed him what a 5.0 looked liked, and what his engine looked like he still believed it.
