Oh, sry, i thought u meant that since the clutch stuck that it wasnt driveable. I thought you had it in neutral and rolled down a hill or something.

don't worry there's worse out there.................
See, I bought my '02 GT on Saturday, but I have classes this week at college (400 miles from my home in CT) but the 'Stang needs to be registerred etc... so I had to drive my father's truck up here. He has a Dodge Dakota 4x4, but only the v6 engine. Trust me, flooring it in 5th gear going through the Berkshires..... I'd need a running start at about 85 MPH (max speed pretty much.....) to be able to be at around 55 by the time I reached the top of the hills, or just downshift to 4th and still barely make it up.

Thing has nice pep in 1st/2nd gear, though.

Whats the problem with it, seems like you need to get it replaced. Im getting a new clutch (King Cobra), in a week or so, $160 bucks for the clutch, $250 for install. King Cobra's were origionally made for f-150s I think, it might be worth while to get it replaced.

thats sucks you can't drive your mustang you could always drive it anyway like i did my friend's car and mine has a straight 6 hill in overdrive might as well get out and push

i just had my clutch replaced that's the problem the guy that did it messed it up he is going to fix it for free next week my clutch cost $150 and labor my 89 civic (i think it was a good trade he thought the car was in good shape he sold it a few days later)

My friend got a clutch put in recently, and they messed it up too. I hope mine doesn't get f'd up, I'm going to a pretty reliable guy tho from what I've heard. No one wants a messed up clutch, its kinda essential.

to prove what i said i raced my recruter in his alero and got my @$$ beat till he slowed down because of traffic i passed him at 85 then slamed on the brakes to keep from hitting a minivan if it would have been from a stop it would have been better taking off at 50mph in a straight 6 in overdrive in a truck is not a good idea
