Yea thats what im hoping for id be happy with it Dead even from a dig when i install the motor... he spent alot of money on his car, but he cheaped out on the CLUTCH!!! i was driving it last night, i can definately feel it slipping.. and he is selling it (he is joining army) so he is buying a supra with the extra cash......

 

if that's the case just hold out on the engine and wait for him to get a supra.... if it's a 6 speed you could prolly have him from a dig [8D]

My 'Vette is tucked away in a hangar for the winter. I've been driving my STI of late and I thought I would show it some love The 'Vette will be back - I promise!

 

Well, i dont feel soo bad anymore about losing to my friends WRX. we got bored tonight and ran my Gtec and he ran a 13.13 with a 2.02 60ft(HORRIBLE FOR WRX) 1/8 =8.5

So i figure if he gets his Launch down to a 1.8 which i know he can he should DEFINATELY see 12's...

And my motor is in, Gets dyno tuned tomorrow!!! But im not expecting much since its a Low Compression motor with Stage 2 Cams soo ill have to wait to beat him when the S/c Goes it!!!!!

 

Yeah i raced a STI and while were sitting at the light i am getting ready to launch and it sounds like he is to but he is keeping his rpm's way low. So my confidence gets all high because i figured he was just going to bog down andi get the huge jumpor something because his rpm's were so low. Well not even 3 seconds before the light goes green he hammers the gas and just drains everything out.. Light goes green and STI goes bye bye. I find out later that my friend knew him and he was supposebly pushing about 400hp.
