I notice that my trap speeds also have been lower when I run a drag tire and have good traction like many others....

However you can also spin so much that you start loosing trap speed too. He did say he was spinning past the 60ft. On those 20s, he might be "spinning"through 2nd and 3rd too....meaning his tires where just slipping a little, not enough to really hear or notice it, but enough to keep his momentum down.

I noticed when my buddy was driving how slow the car looked when watching it from the side to bout the 330 mark. I was like dang the car looks like its barely going anywhere. Im gonna put it on a dynojet this weekend just to checkout some numbers but no tuning unless absolutely necessary.
