i know this has nothin to do with mustangs but does anybody know where the sparkplugs are on a 03 4.7 ram

They are on the side of the cylinder heads where they should be. I don't remember if the 2003's are coil on plug, but I'm guessing that you're not seeing spark plug wires and thats why you're asking.
