well im looking for more of a road racing setup rather than a drag setup. so you reccommend higher tire pressure? like 40-45psi?

Hmm, with the talk of weight savings and closed streets I assumed drag race.
Not much of a road racer but I would say to stay within the max pressure rating for the tire. You'll want to get the best contact patch for all 4 tires. If you don't have a racing seat you might want to use some pillows to keep you firmly in the seat.
06 tiburon, 04 tiburon (this one i will walk all over; riced out with nothing done to the engine), 07 GTI, and an 05 toyota matrix (lol). im racing the matrix tomorrow if he doesnt ***** out. i know ill beat him no problem but i just wanna whip the **** outta him. he's one of those idiots who thinks nothing can beat his car. the only competition will be the GTI which i should lose to, hes got it running really well (you gain alot when you retune a turbo car). and the 06 tiburon has a huge weight advantage over me especially with my 20's. i should win all but the GTI, but idk if i will even race him. me n him are really cool and he only races kids he cant stand to shut them up.
