over on my way home from work just now. This situation is a bit different though. I was being tailed by a major MILF, both of us cruising at 80mph. The speed limit was 55mph. A deputy cut across the median and pulled us both. He got our info and stepped back to his cruiser. He came back to me first and asked me (for the second time) if I knew the chick behind me. I replied "No Sir" for the 2nd time, and then he handed me my ticket. First ticket I've had in 7 years too. Anyway, I watched that fat S.O.B. talk to her for 5mins, and he never handed her squat. I finally just pulled off. My court date is Aug 11th. I know he didn't ticket her. What are my rights here guys? He obivously asked me if I knew her for a reason, as to not figure him out that is. What should I do, call his superviser, call him out in court, lawyer up, or do nothing? Need advice/opinions....

 

Unless you had another witness, there is nothing you can do but suck it up IMO.

you got pulled over in the speed3? about 2 weeks ago i got pulled over 5 blocks from my house, the cop said i didnt stop on the 4 way stop signwhich i know its b.s because i know they hide a few feets away from the stop sign, i used to drive a truck a few years back and thats what keeps saving my ***, the cop asked what i do for a living so i toldhim i drive a truck for a living so he said take it to court im going to help you out. this is the third time i get a break because of cdl class b.

 

I've got a class A cdl, it usually helps me too, but this guy was a serious *****. I asked him how he was doing and he just got my ID and walked off.

I was in the Speed3, I should of just nailed it and left him![8D]

Go to court and plead it down. If he won't budge on it, take it to the judge. The cop has to tell the circumstances of the ticket and that involves pulling you and the other car over. If anything, the judge will see what a ***** he is.

 

I sure did Gears, and after further research, the mount appears to be not only an effective mod, but a neccasity as well! Btw, I am very happy with the Intake.

Thanks Ed, I was thinking the same thing. I am required to appear, so I figure between the officer, the DA, and the judge, we should be able to work something out. I hope anyway...

 

once you upgrade to the new motor mount all wheel hop will decrease by almost 95% the only negative is you are going to have some steering vibrations at first but not that bad.

 

i HIGHLY doubt the officer will be there, believe me i have dealt with enough speeding tickets... they dont give a ****, they have way too much to do than to appear in court...

 

As many tickets as I've had, I've never had the cop come in. I always just talk to the DA and get deferred adjudication or take DD.
