The WRX won, but if they had gone another 10 ft the supra would have won. Now who has the faster car? The WRX because it won the 1/4, or the supra because it would have destroyed the wrx had they been going any farther?

The faster car has a higher trap speed. What's so hard to understand.
I raced a stock SRT4 and he beat me in the 1/4 due to more traction and a better launch.
His time: 14.2@98mph
My time (Running 17psi,before tuning and 3" exhaust): 14.8@101
Guess what, my car is faster. Traction being equal, I'd have smoked him.

i addressed this in the other thread, in my opinion the faster car is the one with higher traps rather than the one that crossed the line first!!!! Many people differ but hey u right 10ft later that supra was gonna pass him like he was standing still

Going along that same idea a car with a higher overall top speed, say 145mph vs 138mph will eventually win, even if it takesa couplemiles!
