With a trap speed like that, you have a LOT more than 400rwhp.

Are you sure it wasn't 89mph, with only 400rwhp your not trapping anywhere near 99mph unless you haveserious weight reduction.

It would take more like 500rwhp for a full weight New Edge to trap 99mph in the 1/8 with a decent driver.

 

Are you heating those Nittos up? If not, start doing it....and follow Cobrasnake's advice, he's spot on.

You'll figure your car out, like everyone else has stated, you've got a lot left in that GT with a 99mph 1/8th mile.

+1 on you having more than 400rwhp.

 

Just to compare what traction can do for you. I run 7.2-7.3 in the 1/8th with a mid 1.5 60 foot at 93 MPH, if had the power to run 99 mph I would be in the mid-high 6's.

 

I couldnt get the exact trap speed. I was going base on what my friend told me. They dont give time slips on cruise night so by the time my trap speed is on the board I am on the return road.
