Let me get my glasses on.....OK. Better.

I do not own a car dealership, but my wife may disagree with that. I live in Dutchess County, NY, not far from Poughkeepsie.

The other thing worth noting is that you shouldn't be shifting at redline (not saying that you do, but if you are). I shift my STI at about 5900 rpm.
Is that where the boost drops off in the subies? It's the same for the skittles.
Boost drops off as you near redline. The stock turbo is just very inefficient up in that range and it generates a ton of heat, which results in pulled timing and loss of peak power.

Hahah I used to shift at redline every time in my STi, I think I had it bumped to 7750... but the GT35R certainly doesn't lose steam up top, nor do 272 cams [8D]

if your car is tuned properly it should never pull any timing. But yes boost should drop off as it nears redline but as you taper boost, ignition timing should be added so in a 3rd gear WOT run, you should see the least amount of timing under peak boost, gradually increase all the way to redline where you should be running the most timing.

but thats a good looking STi graph, stage 2 protuned im guessing? whats kind of boost are you running? Im running 18 psi tapering to 13 psi. My tuner said i could probably run 19+ psi tapering to 14 psi especially since im at sea level but this car is a daily driver so ill keep the tune a little conservative.

and ive been shifting at redline every time. ill try shifting at 6000 rpm, im sure that would give me a better trap speed instead of riding out 3rd gear to 7000 rpm

Sorry for the error - all I know is that the car makes peak horsepower well before redline. As far as boost, it is gear dependent.

3rd gear:

4th gear:

6th gear
