Ok, he never let me out on the road with it.. but I sat in a friends 800hp Supra with the engine running and gave it a few revs. Most of my cars have been the V8 variety so it was really odd but I gunned the accelerator and it felt like I was hitting the accelerator in my GF's corolla! Very strange. I would loved to have gotten it out on the road and in boost...

Not really sure what you mean, but I'll try my best:

Sequential twins- this is how they come from the factory (which is how i keep mine):
There are 2 identical sized turbos mounted along the exhaust manifold side of the engine...the front turbo (turbo#1) spools up at 1500rpm, supplying low end boost until roughly 3500rpm, when the EBV (exhaust bypass valve) opens and pre-spools the #2 turbo.
When boost conditions are correct, a reed valve opens, allowing turbo#2 to join turbo#1 and they boost at the same time, creating lotsa power.
This is an ideal setup for linear power delivery, which I prefer to tons of lag and then a big bang later.

TTC Conversion Basically all this is, is a cheap way to get a big boost of power later in the rpm band, with the sacrifice of less power at the low end (lag).
By manipulating the wastegate actuator, or rearranging a vacuum line or two, you can get both turbos to spool up together at a higher rpm....usually around 3500-4000rpm.
Great for highway rolls and top end battles, but in everyday driving...it sucks(just my opinion).

Anyways, I hope that helped, if you're more of a visual person, maybe this pic will help:

If not...then there is no hope for you.
