Default 2 losses )-:

well, got too cocky and lost to 2 wrxs.

1 sti and one modded wrx.
both 04-05s I believe.

the STI had me by only half a car tup til 80 but I was starting to reel him in by the time he shut down.

The Wrx had me by like 1 1/2 cars but strangely enough I was also beginning to reel him in by 80 but he also let off like the STI ,plus that STI thought it was a good idea to stay ahead of him thus blocking him during the race somewhat at the end...

!? (O_x) ?!

pretty sure we would have pulled even or I would have possibly pulled in the top end, looked like they were running out of steam up top and the GT still had some left lol.

NO DOUBT from a roll I would have taken them but oh well...I always give people shiet for not racing from a DIG so why be a hypocrite? rofl

that awd launch is killer!!~

Why would I be? I don't think that the 3v GT's are impressive enough to justify 03/04 Cobra pricetag range.

Even before my motor swap 3v GT's making 50 more horse than me ran the same times as my "inferior 4-link 2v" car and now that I have 2 extra valves they need a supercharged 5.4 or a big poweradder (twinscrew, turbo, nitrous) to play with a pullied 4.6 4v.

I'm not saying they're bad cars, just too much money for someone with a budget like mine to afford. I guess I can't afford the best or the newest, so I just learned to take what was available and make it work and, so far, it's worked for me.

Get those 4.10s in and find them again and race (on a closed course) from a ROLL. :D

Or just get some gigglicious gas and spray that ***.

How the **** are you gonna compare an iron block forged internal 4v 4.6L blown V8 to an N/A not forged 4.6L 3v V8?

The 3v engine takes to bolt ons better than the 2v, takes to boost much better than the 2v, has vastly improved topend over the 2v, etc etc. The only thing the 2v excels in over the 3v is sound.

put down the crack pipe.

the 05+ cars are far superior to the previous models! I'm talking all around -ride, ergonomics, comfort, fuel economy, power potential and mod potential. Not to mention they (IMHO) look sooooo much better!

And please check your pricing. the 04 Termi listed at $34-$35 from my research. A new 08 GT can be had for $28-$30K. So hardly equal.

Sorry to the OP for the thread jack!

Not to mention that the 04 termies are still pulling in 08 GT money for low mile examples in some areas.
