im bone stock, and raced 1 from a roll, i won...so they're not as fsat as they should be, but they're can get real nasty REAL quick!

The SRT8's have killer top-end.

 

Thats what I was thinking as well, I don't see a stock Mach 1 pulling on a CSRT8 from a roll, and probably not from a dig.

ever seen a mach 1 top end? i pull all the way to 147, and the when i shift to 5th ...i die and the fuel cut off stops me at 151

 

I had a short run with one... ran away from him quick.... he did have two passengers with him as well...... blown S197>SRT8!

 

Then again..you out drive everything you go up against... so it's not a surprise.

 

as a former magnum srt8 owner i said race him from a dig, they are heavy cars ,mag 4500lb followed by the csrt8 and chargers close to 4200lb. they also have crazy top end speed close to 180mph, what really kills them is their gear ratio plus weight.
when i had my s/c gt i raced a few of them and by 3rd gear it was all over, never really raced one pass 130mph.

I certainly don't.... I've had my a$$ kicked many times on Sunday morning... I've been eaten alive by a few Z06s. However I also know where to pick my battles for the most part. If I know a car is way faster I usually don't challenge it if the outcome is a certainty!

 

i am a good driver aren't i

they might have a nice top end, but the aero is about like a truck. The one i race we only went up to ~120-125. Like whats his face said the ratio's kill these cars.
