So did the tune help you out any?

BTW- you need to drive like a grandma for awhile, as does your buddy. Speeding tickets cut into mod money.... j/k

I'm really not sure if the tune helped me out or not. I'm going to get it retuned here in a couple weeks though, after the 1.7RR's, and also to get my speedo corrected. And yeah, for the most part, I do drive like a grandma. I just know the right times and places to screw around and try not to do it too often. His problem was that he was cruising at around 130-135 on his way to school and didn't have time to slow down after his radar detector went off. He slammed on his brakes when it started going off, and luckily the cop only clocked him at 80 instead of 130.

WTF? why was he going 130 on the way to school? That makes him sound very, very immature

I really couldn't tell ya. He just goes fast everywhere he goes. I don't even want to know how fast he goes to school when he's on his GSXR1000.

Ok, I was just hanging out with him a little bit ago and he's saying that his car is put away for winter, between getting the ticket and we've been getting snow flurries all day. But, I bet I can get him to get it out atleast one more time before he really puts it away. It better be soon though. Because my valve springs came in today and I'm itching to get my 1.7RR's and UDP put on before I put mine away for the winter and start driving my new tank of a winter car all the time. lol
