So i was coming home from a friends apartment, we were in another one of my friends 97 328i. Driving down 494 (freeway loop around twin cities) a white mustang came by. This is where i started getting confused. The badges were taken off on the sides replaces with black vents of some sort. I was trying to pick out what kidna car it was... So we tried to pull away, so my bud hit it, and passed him and let off agian, the guy goes past, and i get to see the back, V6 bumper, dual exhaust both looking like stock V6 mufflers. So we keep going and exit onto 77, We catch upto him and pass him a bit and let off back down to the speedlimit, he catches up after we get past the nutorious 'radar spot' at the end of the bridge over the minnesota river. So he tries to ricer flyby for somereaon, but i was looking out the back window so i told my bud to hit it, which he did. And were gone, so we get back down to around 70 and he passes us, and signals to get off the freeway.

So i was fine with all that but this is where the guy pissed me off. We look over tohim on the off ramp to see him waving... with one finger. So my bud just waved back and we went home.

Ive come to the conclusion that it was a V6 stang, since it couldnt keep up with a '97 328i, with 4 people it in, and it didnt sound like a V8 at all

Ied expect better from a stang owner then the one fingered wave

 

are you saying that it had turndowns at the end at the bumper?..cuz you said lookin like v6 mufflers...you really cant see the mufflers...so im assumin ur talkin bout the turndowns..im sorry to hear ur experience with that guy...i support 6ers and all but that guy is a true disgrace...o well...it prolly was a v6...doesnt the 97 328i run like somewhere around 15 or something...im gettin close to that...or prolly right there...but...ive seen stock v6s run from high 15s to mid 16s...i dunno...must be driver and some other factors..not quite sure tho...
