What do full bolt on new edges trap? I was thinking they were still in the mid 100's with a great driver.

Mine will consistantly trap 104 mph, but that's always in the middle of summer too.

Mid 100's isn't going to be much of a race for a manual LS1 car from a roll. Especially if he has ANY mods at all. The faster stock LS1's have trapped nearly 110mph.

I wasted a z28 by bus lengths from a DIG, but from a 45 roll we were pretty even until 110 where his top end killed me by 2-3+ cars. It was when I was CAI/tune only.

All track and dyno numbers aside, i was basically dead even with bone stock (i know because i asked him) 1999 SS Camaro 6-speed. We were getting on the e-way, and went from around 60-115 mph. I got a slight jump, but he couldn't reel me in.

but if you're car was running like crap *whatever that means* then it's impossible to say what happened.

Just like he said... it's hard to say what happened because 'running like crap' can mean a lot of different things.

My old LT1 lost BAD to a low 15 second S10 one night when my Opti was crapping out. I thought it had a miss but it seeemed to be pulling pretty good still and I was just going to show the S10 what was up really quick... Until the S10 walked me and I realized my car was hurting way worse than I had expected. OPTI FTMFL.

That would suck to get pulled on by a 15 second truck when your car is potentially a low 13 second car.. lol...

But, I've been there in my GT before I could drive.

I think we've all been there at one time or another. Gotta learn somehow. Trial and error is usually the best way.

-22 degrees of timing at idle... I about lost it when I hooked the laptop up to the thing to figure out what was wrong. Mine didn't have the OBDII misfire SES flashes so I had no idea something was up minus a rougher than usual idle and feeling the loss of power.

LS1 cars with all the bolt-ons can run high 11s, no power adder and the stock 346.

13.2 should not be enough to waste a Z28 by buslengths; that's about what a typical 6-speed LS1 runs when stock and not much faster than a typical auto. Unless it wasn't an LS1, older one maybe?
