I shift around 2000 durring normal driving. Somtimes I'll go as high as 2500.

 

2000-2500. 300 on 4th gear

 

300? may want to take that up a bit higher.

 

i posted the wrong rpm, i was 1k too low........ i actually shift at like 3250 not 2250 and in 4th i hit about 3700 to 4000

 

I can tell none of you guys have an automatic....before my 4 speed swap, I was shifting consistantly around 3k. It would go to 3k, shift, stay at 3k, shift, stay at 3k, shift, finally lock up. With the new set-up, who knows....I only have 4 gears! And no OD.

 

I almost always shift right at 2K in every gear,, obviously every day driving is not for a go fast feel

however, in effort to calculate my maximum gas mileage with 4.10's, i have now officially gone 185 miles without shifting above 2500 rmp ONCE!!

1500 in every gear 95% of the time = slow, boring, and hoards of angry people at stoplights.[&:]

so far ive gone about 185 and on a half tank exactly, so im expecting about 300ish total

 

i can't let my RPMs drop below 1500 in 3rd or higher or my car starts acting funny. especially 5th. 4th is the only gear i have to take it up to like 2500-2700 so when i go into 5th, i'll be at or above 1500.
