Not really, one day I just set the cruise at 85 and I sat in the far right lane passing everyone. It made no sense but there are some really special drivers around here. Ive seen people get passed on the right by semi-trucks and they don't think they are doing anything wrong as they text away. Though I did see one guy eating corn on the cob and drive an old manual ford truck pretty well.
