My older brother owned a 95 neon with a bunch of boltons and a hahn racecraft turbo system on it and when that thing had gotten traction, it slammed ur *** back in the seat. it was one quick little car. Fun to drive honestly. Surprised alot of older guys in their camaros and vettes and mustang. It was a great little car. Too bad its gone.

yeah it was some thing. we started at like 55 speed limit and i let off at 95 and that f'er was like 5 cars behind win i let off. and he did the ricer fly bye lol i guess thats a kill but i wanted to waste him lol. my girl was like come on in your pee on and $hit to him. i played with him at first she sed go to him and i just stayed right next to him and she was like are you going to start come on to him but he all ready had it to the floor thin i gunned it was grate.

it was probably an older stock neon. If that was an srt-4 it wouldn't haven't lost that bad..might have beat you...never know.
Hey tommy was yours an auto? Mine has the 5-speed.. and its actually pretty quick for what it is. I've actually beat a couple camaro's. one was a v6 and the other was a v8.. fun stuff. Still love the stang more though
the neon is just my daily driver.

95 neon's quick.. are you guys on drugs! My g/f has a 95 neon and it is suuuuper gutless.. but hey its kinda a POS. But ya if you heard a valve pop its an SRT-4.... cause im not sure anyone would put much into a neon. I cant belive that that other guy did heheh.

There are 2 generations of the Neon. 1st gen is 1995-1999, 2nd gen is 2000-2005. The Neon is gone now and is being replaced by the Caliber which has an AWD option and will have the 2.4L Turbo engine.
Let me clear this up for ya'll.
This is a 1st gen Neon (95-99).

Just because it has a turbo, does not mean it is an SRT-4, which was first made in 2003. There are many turbos made for both generations, giving the Neon a HP boost of up to 100 HP. You would be suprised how many parts are made for the Neon too.
In conclusion, you did not race an SRT-4, because the SRT-4 would have made you eat it's dust.

i did not say it was a srt-4 i sed it was an older neon like 98 or some thing. and it had gages on the dash and a big tech on the dash and on the a-piler and 2 punk kids.and i also think it had a turbo cuss i heard the air sound of a blow off win he shifted but my car is loud and couldn't realy hear it. any way i kicked his *** the end!!!.
