Default raced a neon

and i beat it but not like i thought i would i pulled a way from him so slow. it was like a 98 neon there was a bunch a Gages on the a piler and the dash and i think i heard a blow off valve but between his fart can and my flow masters couldn't really hear. any way i really hope he was running like 13psi or something or I'm selling this POs. and i think the $hity 87oc. gas i had to put in it had some thing to do with it to.

No SRT-4 for '98. It was just regular neon with a snail.

98 neon is the same body style as the new ones.

my friend has a 95 neon and if that car got boosted it wouldn't be bad at all. They are wierd cars to drive, very different from a 1990 mustang.

nope, 99 was the last year of the older body style neons. They changed in 2000.

I own a 96 neon w/ exhaust ( actually doesn't sound ricey at all. old school hush trush muffler, dual outlets to the back.) Putting on C.A.I next weekend and going to take it to the track for the hell of it since my stepdad and uncles are taking there cars out. It will be the first time ever for me racing so I figured I would take a slower car down there first before I get my 89 stang running and take that.

good run though, alot of people under rate neons.. I've raced a few ricers w/ mine and they got f***** up ....not that any of you care though

I seen a neon in Lowes parking lot today with dual outlets. It wasn't a SRT-4, but someone trying to get that look.

why do you think it was your "sh*tty" 87 motor? 87 & 88 motors were the supposedly the quickest of the fox body's not including the 93 cobra. you either ran a plain ol' neon with a turbo or an srt-4.
