Default track time..

well went to the track.. VERY disapointed, i get there and realize, i dont know where my locking lug nut key is, couldnt put my slicks on! i raced on my street tires, man gears killed my traction, heres my first run, and best. (i didnt powershift, or anything, it was no use, just spin)

2.301 60 foot
9.514 1/8
14.717 1/4
94.68 mph

second best slip

2.267 60 foot
9.514 1/8
14.751 1/4
94.11

my best from last week, same stuff but only had 2:73 gears, had 3:73 in the two runs up there ^^^

2.312 60 foot
9.504 1/8
14.783 1/4
93.38 mph

didnt run any better with my gear change because of the traction, im going again on tuesday, i will be on slicks, what do you think i will run then???

also, any other tips? i took the air filter out i was gonna run like that, but it idle'd REAL bad, so i put it back in..

Nice numbers. The best I have seen a stock Fox go is 14.4 on good tires (not slicks) and that was my buddys at a crappy track.

Reguardless... you are very consistant. You should race in the shootouts and make some dough.

yeah, at least im consistant, and my track is prepped horrible..hell..they DONT even prep it. theres deep potholes in the burnout area, the return lane is gravel. its just sad.
but anyays, kind of discouraging!

nah Clint, i didnt have fun, it really pissed me off, wasted 50$ to go. feathering off the line at 2000 rpm, spinning all of first, powershift second, spin all of second, shift third a long squeal, shift fourth, chirp. it was just no good. i babied it in first and second

Dude ya your pulling those numbers with terrible 60ft's. Sign up for some bracket races because those times are very consistant.

how deep into 4th gear were you when you crossed the line? what gear were you in when you had your stock rear end? slicks or dr's will really bring out the full potential of you new gears, sucks that you didn't have a chance to try em' out
