I'm just going off what I've seen and what I see. Haven't looked much into 4.0 turbo cars but the ones I've seen with F/I have broken before 11's or low 12's for the most part.
And I'll stand by the fact that the power and torque you'll make to run an ~11 ET will break parts.
As for the rest of it, 3.31's or 3.55's are much better than the 3.73's from a drag perspective.
You want a taller gear to put more load on the engine at lower RPM.

well i have done tons of research on 4.0 turbo and i know of a guy that has a 10.9 v6 turbo 2005 i belive with minor engine work and idk about the trans
as far as the gears go i did alot of research on it and more people said 3.73s would be better on the track....now with that being said i was leaning towards 3.55s however the rearend came with 3.73s so ima test them first
check this link below would ya

my car or what i was doing is modding my car almost as close to this car as possible with the info he gives cuz a 10 sec v6 would be awesome now i actually have set mine up to be more aggresive then his cuz i plan to replace the whole bottem half of my motor the only difference from my last run and his on that post was that he had
3.73 gears +posi and he runs 3 more pounds of boost plus engine work

Hmmmm I guess I underestimate how light those cars are
Interesting power figures with P&P heads and forged pistons
Not sure about his tranny though
if it's a real T5 I imagine it's a much more stout form of 5 speed than the stock 5R55
You'll definitely need those control arms if you plan to launch like that though. Just letting you know
