Leaving and shifting RPM
I have a 2011 Mustang GT, 6 speed manual, 3.31 rear end. Any thoughts of what rpm to leave and what rpm to shift?
Any and all thoughts will be appreciated.

Have not been to the track yet. I am using stock factory tires.

you are going to have to slip the clutch out
I'd try 2000 rpm, quick spin on the tires to clean (no burnout) tire pressure around 24, shift at 6600 if you are on the factory tune

This sounds like pretty sound advice. I like to play with the tire PSI. Start @ 28 and work down til I'm happy with the sixty.
