Thanks man and I was tryin to hit them gears good haha. I would pick up a right good bit just off a cam and even more off a better intake. When I had my motor out the car I honestly didn't have the funds to do what I did but I made it work..... I wanted to do a cam so bad but just couldn't swing the extra $100 for a used comp cam that I wanted bad oh well the car runs strong for what it is and maybe in the next few months I'll cam it and later on this year or next spring turbo it..

 

Cams are failry easy to change in 5.0's, you don't need to pull the engine to get them out so you can always pick one up when you get the money and throw it in there

 

Oh I know man it was just the perfect time to do a cam with the motor on the engine stand and I'm pretty lazy haha but I'll break down and do one some time before long

Anderson Ford can hook you up too... he talked to my buddy on the phone... asked some questions and sent a custom ground cam and told him what heads to mate it with, gears, etc.. car was running bottom 11s @ 121mph N/A 306 on slicks.

I'm sure other cam places do that stuff too...Anderson is just the only one I know about.

 

That's what I'm planning on doin 302 for the turbo kit and I've just been in the air of stock cam or putting one in...

Oh anderson has good stuff and my dad has delt with him a lot and has gotten good advice from Rick. I want one of his cams bad haha
