ok but yes i agree -when i hear the word "import" i think of a neon green pos with euro lights and a huge fart can exhaust. however import is a very broad term and gets thrown around alot. i think that when alot of us say "import" we really mean to say "ricer." -basically imports get a bad rap when in fact there are alot of imports that deserve a ton of respect despite the fact hat there are just as many that deserve to be scrapped.

i watched Brent Rau's 4g63 (single turbo 4 cylinder) powered eclipse, with no bottle, run a 6.98 @ 198ish this past weekend...along with a GS300 running a 2JZGTE (twin turbo inline 6) running 7.1s...and a handful of supras, including some on Comp TAs running in the high 7s and low 8s.

the lucas supra ran with mufflers and street tires...and the titan supra was very quiet, but im not certain on the tires...once my pictures get here, ill post some up, and have a look at the tires...quite a few of the cars, such as the titan supra, had state tags...there was also a rail car with an SVO drivetrain, but he didnt make a full pass.

Oh snap. I just Googled the D15B and i cant believe I didnt know the engine code for like the greatest most potent engine ever. V TEC RULES. I shoulda known u would throw that one out somewhere. LOL

you make me so proud. HAHA. yeah, the RB26DETT is a BEAST of a motor. 1000+ hp on stock block...yeah, ill take 2 please. SR20's are potent too built right. and the d15b.....theyre quick lil fuggers.......d(sohc vtec)15(1.5 liters)b.........i have no idea. lol 130hp though. supposed to be quick.
