Not trying to be a dick here, but when you're doing 110 on a public street in traffic you deserve to lose your license no questions asked.

Keep in mind that things happen on public roads that are out of your control. @ 110 you have no margin for error, little reaction time and less ability to manuever you car. This is why there are dedicated tracks, so when you screw up, innocents are out of harms way.

Look at it this way, if you kill one innocent person for the sake of your thrill, how will you feel? It'll feel like that for the rest of your life.

One car = innocent traffic.

Side streets, driveways, parking lots, etc, all potential for innocent victims. You can't control that kind environment no matter how safe you think it may be.

Your little bit of fun is not worth one innocent life. Period.
