well.. at least i can pick on the stock LS1's now instead of them picking on me. even a lightly modded one will put me back in my place.

 

sorry bout the loss, you aint lying about more money makes you go faster, deepest pockets wins. heads/cam ls1's are pretty fast. hard to beat.

 

With just a $500 dry nitrous kit and sticky tires stock LS1s can easily run high 11s (assuming the rear end doesn't grenade), kinda like how the Cobra can go a lot faster with just sticky tires and an inexpensive pulley swap. N20 LS1s are often faster (and probably more common because of the much lower cost involved) than heads/cam LS1s. He mighta sprayed you and lied about it.
