My mods are only a k&n filter and flowmaster 10 series mufflers. He has exhaust, intake, and lowered with short shifter I believe. We have a 1/8 mile track here, and he said he runs low 9's consistently. But I've never ran. By the way I have an auto. I think he would take me, but what would I have to do to run high 8's?

From experience you will kill him, i've beaten gst's with more mods than me, and that was a quarter, they have a better chance in the quarter. You should get a few car lengths off of the line.

From what everyone is saying is that I'll win, but even though he is turboed? He said his best time at the track is 9.1. And he said this like a month ago, and he said he should be running about mid 8's before christmas time. I dont know what he has planned, but oh well, I figured I might beat him because I have over 300lbs ft/tq and he only has like 200, but I'll give it a shot whenever I see him again and let you guys know.

I've never seen it run, but I have seen his engine and all the stuff done to it. He has the stock turbo, turbo timer, injen intake, catback exhaust, a pretty stout suspension w/wing (downforce i guess), and a short shifter, other than that I dont believe there is anything unless he's gotten something in the past month or so.
