GT killed me

It does if they get too large of a diameter on the exhaust. Not enough back pressure so the low end gets hurt. 2-2 1/4" is the largest diameter on the V6 I'd go. 2 1/2 would be the largest on a GT I would go.

6'er, with cai, dual exhaust (which i've heard actually hurts performance on the 6... could be wrong though), and gears, enough to take down a GT? I still don't believe it would be close. [sm=alcoholic.gif]
At the track i still manged to beat a 6'er with cai,exhaust and a 75shot, by a fairly good margin?

did it sound like he had exhaust work done? if he was stock, you probably could have taken him with some gears.

yea man, youve got awhile to go before youre taking down 99-04 GT, a bit of work for a 96-98, quite a bit of work for a fox, and youre probably closing in closely or surpassed a mustang II
