Default Squeaking sounds...

Hello there,

I have a quick question which I think relates to my 2009 Mustang's suspension...

Over the last few weeks, I've been noticing a small squeaking and rattling sound coming from the back right part of my car, especially when I do things like turn the wheel drastically, go over bumps, etc.

It's grown more noticeable with time, and I don't think it has any bearing on the car's performance, but it's bothersome none the less. I want to make sure it's something minor and not something that is going to come back to bite me later on.

So yeah- squeaking, creaking, rattling sounds in the back right of the car. Any suggestions as to what the problem is would be great. Thanks.

Jeck it up and get it on stands then manhandle the rear suspension. Check for worn bushings, loose or worn points where the suspension moves etc.

How many miles are on the car?

its the lower control arm bushings I think... They guy above me has sound advice but I'm pretty sure theres a TSB for our model on it. So definitely take a look at that to see what you need to fix it, and how to go about doing so the proper way..

Trust me. Been down this route and it IS your LCA bushings.

Hello,
I think maybe it is due to sway busing bar or maybe some problem in control arms. i also had this type of problem and then i changed them. i bought these things from here on ebay at very cheap price.
