Default Adjustable UCA with heim joints. Rubber or Poly axle bushings

Which one and why?

I have the axle out if the car as part of an 8.8 swap. I have some "massive" adjustable upper control arms with heim joints on the axle end in order to adjust pinion angle.

I have both a set a new set of prothane poly bushings AND a pair of NOS motorcraft bushings on hand. This is a almost daily driven street car with appx 375 to the tires.

My thoughts are the NOS rubber bushings coupled with the heims will still be plenty stiff yet still allow some compliance to prevent bind and reduce noise.

Maximum Motorsports has some good info on rear upper control arm bushings. I'd take a look at that info.

I recommend the poly with heims.
