Lifting a 99
Ok so I can't find any threads that have any info on this. I need to lift my mustang, nothing crazy 2-3 inches. I live off a dirt road and scrape my undercarriage every which way. What kinds of coils could be compatible with mine? Looking for real information, it seems like most of these kinds of threads get spammed with people who's opinions are irrelevant. Thanks in advance.
I don't think he's a member here, but there's a guy that goes by the name "BeauM" who lifted the front of his '91 by using blocks to space the K-member away from the unibody, and angle iron to extend the struts. Here's a link: https://imgur.com/gallery/Fdr9NmH I'm sure there's more to it than that, not least of which being the larger tires that grant more actual clearance between the road and K-member/axle. The rest of the info for his build is probably out there if you look hard enough.
