I don't have a pic of the spout, but IIRC it's a plug down by the distributor, should have a yellow wire going to it. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Oh yeah and TRBO, I love my Walbro lol. :P

I would initially set it up at 10* and get the boost set to 14psi, both stock from the factory numbers. Then you can play with the amount of timing and boost you want to run before you start knocking. I am still on the stock pumps and have been running a consistant 20 psi for a couple years now, so no worries.

65 is right, it's back by the distributor. You separate the two pieces, loosten the distributor, and rotate it until the marks line up to the desired amount. Remember, 10* with the two pieces separated, this is critical.

Originally it was a gray piece that snapped together and you had to pull it apart to adjust. If you are positive (or as positive as you can be) that you are not knocking, then yes I would unplug it. Before you really think about making the car faster I would put some miles on it first and make sure the car is in good tune to begin with, then start with a K&N and downpipe+exhaust.

Congrats on the car - I would love to find a car like that. Don't see many around anymore.

Kind of like my S197!

it seems to me that when i floor it at lower rpm it knocks a sec then goes away... i have no idea what the timing is at... it is at stock boost... 8 psi on regular gas... it will go around 13 psi with the switch on... so with more boost i need more timing?

No, generally it goes the opposite way (very loose generalization). If you are flipping the switch make sure you have premium in the tank because the ECU adjusts timing and boost for the higher octane. Check out the timing and drive it a while. If you test the mileage it will probably give at least a decent idea of how it's running and the current tune.
