The transmission in my 1996 Mustang Cobra went out i happen to have a t-45 transmission in my garage with 30k miles. It came of a 1996 Ford Mustang GT.

Question is, will the swap be a direct fit or will i have to do any other adjustments to make the GT tranny fit into the Cobra?

 

Same transmission, should bolt right on up.

 

should be a direct fit. not sure on the driveshaft though?
