What would you pay for a 1997 cobra with 42,200 miles?

Need more info such as body condition, paint, mods, use/abuse ect. All the things you can think of will make up the price that you think the cars worth.

 

I paid 10K for my 97 Rio Red Cobra coupe. It had 43K miles on it. It was garage kept and the exterior and interior are near mint. No dings no scratches. Had new tires and a new battery just put in. It is bone stock, but in my opinion mods would decrease the value. Depending on condition 10 to 12K, anything less is a deal.

 

I bought my 97 cobra for 9300. It has 66000 on it. It is black with a couple of scratches and dings, but nothing too awful (and i'm really attentive to detail, so go figure...). It was bone stock except for a mass air unit, subframe connectors, and lowered 2 inches. However, the tires were bald and the clutch is going, so after a new set of BFG rubber, and a new clutch soon, i figure it was about 10k. (I got BFG G-force sports and I really like them).
