One has a little more than a little ole 4.6 when you add the concept of forced induction. Run what you brung and who cares about displacement. If you want a car with more displacement buy one. As far as your car, how do you fair with an LS1 from about a 50 mph roll? I think the ole pushrod V8 from GM is not quite outdated yet.

THE CAR CAN TAKE ALL KINDS OF HELL U CAN THROW AT IT AND RESPONDS MUCH BETTER TO MODIFICATIONS. THE CAMAROS AND FIREBIRDS ARE GOOD CARS BUT THEY DON'T HOLD A CANDLE TO THE NEW COBRAS. THE FACT IT THE 03-04 COBRAS ARE THE BEST MUSCLE CARS EVER PRODUCED. AND DONT EVEN TRY TO SAY THE CORVETTE IS A MUSCLE CAR

 

hey whats up?about the argument between ford and chevy engines, my opinion is i love ford and the 03-04 cobras but im dissapointed that ford chose to go modular, and wont step of the displacement. Its not fair to compare a 4.6 to a 5.7. I also think that chevy has some bad *** cars camaro,vette,trans am.... Ford will definately need to step it up...the new Motor Trend i got today shows the Z06 rated @ 500 hp N/A with a 7.0. cost 75 k and is as fast as the ford GT

its a never ending battle between ford and chevy but i will say this..the only thing thats keeping gm alive with its sports cars are the vette and i dont see why people buy them..i mean $40k+ for something that can only carry 2 people?yeah the vette is bad a$$ but ford must have done something right with thier MODULAR V8S because they out sold the t/as and the z28s damn near every year..i just wish ford would but put a n/a 5.4 in the mustang and smoke every 2002 and below f body car so they will just shut up and end this war..i dont have a problem with t/as and camaros but the people who own them just think they are the $hit and when they get freaking slaughterd by an 03-04 cobra its ol it has a supercharger...i say just shut up and take your defeat
