Default lowering springs

Whats a real aggresive lowering spring, i was thinking eibach pro-kit but let me know. I want to get rid of my 4x4 stance and need some help. Also how hard are they to install?

hey, i put bbk springs on my 99 and it lowered it 1.5 inches, it looks real tough, got rid of that 4x4 look, they were a aggervation to install i got a spring compressor and a impact wrench to turn the spring compressor, that i found was the easiest way, took about 6 hours to do, but was worth it

I have gone through this twice with my '97 stangs. Both times I went with Eibach. Once with the Pro-Kit, the other with the Sportline springs. I have no complaints about either one of them and would do it the same way if I were to do it again. I will say that the Sportline has caused me to scrape the bottom of my car a bunch of times. There aren’t a whole lot of driveways or speed bumps that I can get the car over without some scrapery, so I have to watch closely what line I take... If you want aggressive, go with the Eibach Sportline springs... they will give you about 2" less distance from the road... but don't lower it unless you do it right... Don't forget caster/camber plates to keep your front wheels from sitting at an angle. Also, while you are at it I would get some new shocks and struts that are made to articulate in the lowered stance... As far as installing them yourself, if you have some mechanical ability and some time, you will be fine... As Michael12203 suggests, get a spring compressor.

I just put the H&R Sports on my 03 convert and it really droped her. I mean like a 1.75" in the front and a 1.50" in the rear. Kind of that slanted look, but not over done. It looks bad ***, but I do scrape the exhaust alot. I will say that the Bilsteins work awsome with them, so don't worry about buying new shocks. I'll get a pic up tomarrow.

Im' running INTRAX 2" drop. Mean as hell look. Nice ride with the Bilstein's no complaints. Intrax springs are wound by H&R I believe, To INTRAX Specs. So they are a high Quality spring. not to many Cobra's w/them though. Have nice Purple Finish. Check out the Pic let me know what you think.
