Default Future Cobra in sight

Hello everyone. I am looking in to purchasing a 2003-2004 Model cobra. I know there are differences between the two years, but was wondering what would be the main areas to look at. I have found a few, with miles that are in the 50 and 60k range. They have been dynoed around the 400 rwhp range. I have read that some of the 03s have had an overheating issue, and can have a bad "tick" in the valve train. My main question I guess, is if these few issues are not present, what should be looked for?

Thanks,

Raymond

A Cobra makes somewhere between 360-380rwhp. 03 do have the tick, well some do. You can hear it when you pop the hood. Thats mostly just the early models. I have an 03 and I have never had any overheating issues. The late model 03's should have the new heads that dont tick.
