Default Header install

I was wondering if installing headers on an '03 Cobra is something I can do in my garage like I could with my '95 GT. Couldn't find anything specific in the forums, thanks guys,

My friend had lt's installed on his 03 and they had to jack the engine up and slip the headers in...online there's a site about dropping the k-member...im doing that pretty soon

yeah it is best if you can get under the car that is the only way, long tubes will take more time, you may have to remove the steering, but if you have patience and plenty of it you can do it

i have also heard that you have to jack the motor and get it leaning forward in order to have enough access to slide the headers in. my friends that have done it said it was a major pita.

Its really not worth the pain in the *** and plus the ammount of hp you gain is just not worth the pain. Just get the o/r x pipe and flowmasters.

Thanks for the input guys. I am really curious as to how much boost and what-not I can add to the Terminator before back-pressure becomes and issue. I know it's safer to relieve it with headers, but is it worth it? Does it need it?
