i just bought a 96 cobra with the same miles. 5300 is a little too low though i mean it is a cobra. I paid 6000 for mine. After the deal I was happy and he was happy too. So I feel 6 should be fair but i mean if he will except 5300 then get it.
Mine had a few extra goodies though, 4.10s, short shifter, chrome 03 cobra wheels. But if u can score a 96-up cobra for between 5-6 grand then thats where u need to be. Because I think these cars have hit their rock bottom value, I seriously dont think or HOPE anyone will give one up cheaper. Because If everyones asking the same prices then all our values stay high.
Atleast thats whast the supra guys seem to have done.

my advice is, no matter what the miles, buy that baby because its an investment., and that is a dirt cheap price.
20-40 years... itll be worth some primo loot.
That is if you'll ever want to part with it.. as for mine, never. I'll live in it first.
