Default Winterizing 2004 Cobra

I will be getting ready to store my car for the long cold winter. Is there anything I should do to winterize the car? I was thinking I may need to trickle charge the battery; apply wax or something to the wheels to protect them from the weather, getting a car cover even though it's going to be kept in my garage. I guess I am wondering more about the engine, I know that with boats you have to fog the engine to coat the cylinders, should cars be treated the same way?

Thank you all for your time.

Sincerely,

Jeff
