man i got my coupe for 11k from the original owner with 27k on it, i wouldnt go for it i buy and sell cars and if you wait you will find a better deal a good deal for this car is about 13-13500.

I think thats a little steep. However, if its from a dealer, they jacked it up so that you can talk em down to a fair price (14500 or so if its in good condition).
I bought my 97 for 9300 (about 10300 after new tires and clutch). So, i think a 99 should be a little less than 16k, unless it is completly set (good tires, brakes, good clutch, no mechanical probs, etc) Also make sure that the one you're looking at had the recall work done on it. If you dont know about that, basically the 99s has issues and did not reach the advertised 320 hp. Ford recalled them, reflashed the pcm, put on a different intake, and changed the exhaust to get to the 320 hp. I think that the recalled ones had a dab of blue paint on the passengers side valve cover, but i'm not sure. Just get the VIN and ask your local ford dealer if the recall work was done.
